Participants attend ten workshops in Professional Development
Skills upon the completion of the computer training (UP). These
workshops are offered for
free at all partners’ organizations for all participants that
attend the UP training. In addition,
these workshops are also
offered to the public for a small fee . These workshops cover
the following topics:

the Working World (Team Development and Interpersonal Communication)

Management Skills (Problem Solving)
·
Leadership Skills (Leadership Styles, Conflict Management, Task
Management)
·
Professional Presentation (Oral Presentations, Business Writing:
report writing and minutes of meetings)
·
Entering
the Job Market (Applying for the Job, Cv. writing, Job Interview
Skills)
